Yoga & Pranayama
Daily Hatha and breath-work sessions led by Yoga Alliance certified teachers, tailored to your dosha and experience.
A traditional Ayurveda & yoga retreat set among rice paddies and ancient gardens — where slow days, herbal rituals and mindful movement bring you home to yourself.
Anuththara is a small, family-run sanctuary devoted to the original principles of Ayurveda. Every guest is welcomed not as a customer, but as a member of the family — with food grown in our gardens, oils prepared in our kitchen, and treatment plans crafted by physicians who have studied the texts for generations.
We don't believe in quick fixes. We believe in returning to natural rhythms — early mornings, real food, deep rest, and the steady practice of yoga and meditation under the canopy of the king coconut trees.
Every program is built around four pillars — therapy, yoga, nutrition and rest. Hover any tile to discover more.

Whether you have a long weekend or three weeks, we'll build a program around your constitution, your goals and the season. All packages include accommodation, full board, daily yoga, twice-daily therapy and a consultation with the resident physician.
Set on three acres bordering a working tea plantation, our retreat is a quiet world of birdsong, monsoon rain on banana leaves and the slow lope of village life. Optional excursions include guided forest walks, river bathing, temple visits, and gentle wildlife outings.
Most guests find that after the third morning, the city falls off them like an old coat.
Three weeks at Anuththara changed how I sleep, how I eat and, more than anything, how I think about my own pace. I arrived exhausted; I left with a quiet I didn't know was still inside me. — Marit S., Oslo
